Apartments with 2 or 3 bedrooms close to Mijas Golf Course, 5km from the beach and within 15 minutes from Malaga airport. It is an ideal place on the Costa del Sol for the practise of golf or simply to relax in a pleasurable and quiet environment near the sea and the cities of Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella and Gibraltar.
Short term rentals must be guaranteed with a deposit of 150 euros.
All deposits are refunded via bank transfer after a departure inspection of the apartment.
The full rental price shall be paid in advance via bankers transfer.
Keys are given by hand to tenant.
Apartments have to be vacated before midday (12 noon) of departure date.
These prices are based on a weekly rental but are also available on a daily basis, should they be required.
Prices include water, electricity and cleaning services except for long term rentals.
Depending on arrival time, you can collect the keys at the office, or if it is closed (after 2 p.m.), by telephoning the security guard on (00 34) 618 774 975 who will come and meet you, hand over the keys, and direct you to your apartment. If you do not have a mobile telephone with you, there is a telephone box close to the office.
